Individual Counselling

Counsellor and owner/practice manager - Inner Reflections Counselling

Individual Counselling provides focused support and compassion, helping you to navigate times of crisis, workplace stress, change, or difficulty and to choose the life that is most meaningful for you. Individual counselling sessions enable you to discuss your concerns and issues in a confidential non judgmental space, allowing you to gain the insight and clarity you need to begin living the life that you really want.  Individual Counselling and therapy is goal-orientated and is aimed at achieving desired outcomes that are measured and reflected upon. This occurs over an agreed period of time depending on the issues presented and the goals to be achieved. Individual counselling is about offering the ability to talk about events, to think about their influence in your lives and ways of lessening the effects that these negative and difficult influences might have upon you.
